I recently got car insurance for two of my vehicles through Justice Insurance Agency, and my experience was very positive. Tej Patel helped me through the entire process and made everything simple and easy to understand. He took the time to find me good quotes for a 6 month policy that fit my budget. There was no pressure, and all my questions were answered clearly. The process was quick and smooth from start to finish. I appreciated how responsive and professional Tej was. It felt good knowing my cars were properly covered without overpaying. Overall, I’m very happy with their service and support. Easy 5 star! Trey and his staff were great communicators, walked me through the entire process, which can be complex. They however made it simple and easy for me to get the coverage I needed! Also accuracy for the specific coverage I was seeking was no issue at all as well as the quote timing was beyond excellent. Within minutes I was insured and had no questions at the end (even though I asked a handful)! I’ve be with Justice unsure for over a decade. They’re simply the best around. The shop around to get you the best rate and make sure you have the coverages that many other don’t include like water, windshields and low deductibles. Highly recommend!!
