Cornerstone Insurance Services

I've been with Cornerstone for several years. They have been attentive to my policy changes and inquiries. I'd like to give them a 4.5 instead of just a 4. I can't give a 5 because many times when I ask questions about my policythey just refer me to call the insurer myself instead of handling it locally. I'd they could answer my coverage questions directly, they would have a 5.

I'm very happy I found Cornerstone Insurance for my auto coverage. After researching rates from various companies in the area, they were by far the most reasonable and were able to walk me through the process of which auto insurance plan was right for me. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. I would highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone in need of insurance - you won't be disappointed!

I've only called this office 3 times over a period of 5yrs. the first time was when I signedup. The second time I needed a copy of proof insurance and 3 question on a claim. The customer service for this people is horrible. They have no empathy at all. I don't see myself calling the office ever again, never will I? The last 2x in a span of 3-3yrs whom ever that answered both calls had an attitude. I wish I could just deal with people in the main office and cut it agents off.

I have a great agent, Joe Scott! He provided me with a policy that covers house, cars and related items at a great price. He was thorough, answered all my questions and worked with the insurance company to get the best price. Thanks, Joe! Thanks, Cornerstone. I feel like my concerns have been addressed and that the coverage is what I need.

Al Marsico and his team at Cornerstone Insurance services are wonderful! Their rates are great and they are extremely helpful if you do ever have to file a claim. I am a Realtor and refer my clients to Cornerstone for their homeowner policies!
