Terrible they are very unhelpful and not even cheap I spent over 10 to 20 mins on the phone trying to get customer service and all I get is rude employees and unreliable answers do not come here if you want to save yourself from the stress

Cheap insurance but you know why? Cause when your trying to make a claim they make you go thru a computer system that sends you around in circles if you get lucky to get someone on the phone the ladies are so rude and not helpful, I have never been so stressed out I spent 30 minutes on the phone going back and forth thru computer systems and rude women not helping. Wouldn’t recommend horrible costumer service, horrible computer systems. They did nothing at all to help me today at all. I work in costumer service and I hope I have never made anybody feel as helpless as they did me today.
