I feel the experience is very good. Every conversation I’ve had with my agent Juan has been effortless and he completely understands what I’m trying to get a accomplished every time. My AllState agent is available to assist me. The issue I've had is with understanding my monthly rates. It has fluctuated a few times. My DriveWise does not always work properly. If I'm driving and Drivewise is not active, inactivity for months will not grant me a discount. This monitoring feature is great if you want to see a drop in your rates. I've started seeing the same consistent monthly rate and I am happy about that.
