Michael Bush - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a customer of the Michael Bush State Farm Insurance Company for a number of years. They have been one of the most reliable Agencies I have ever been with over the years. They are consistantly on top of all my needs for insurance whether it be auto, home or business. Whenever I had a question or a problem they were just a phone call away. In all my years with them they never let me down. Best part of our association is thatvwe are friends.

Pam Nugent was simply fantastic and outstanding! Her phone manners were very professional, not pushy but to the point. When I met with her to finalize the application, she offered a few options that best suited my criteria. Again, calm and easy. Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly. The owner, Michael, came out to greet me and said hello. It is a very well run company.

I highly recommend using Mike Bush for your insurance needs. When I need something they are always there to assist me. I have been a long time customer and I have always appreciated their professionalism, knowledge, advice and great customer service. When dealing with Mike, Pam and Gaitry, it is more like dealing with family than my insurance agents.

I recently switched to State Farm because my policy with Progressive was overpriced. For about 10 years, I was a Diamond customer, but I still don't know why they were over charging me. Pam, with the State Farm office on Broad Street, Bloomfield , NJ, was very responsive, patient and professional when I voiced my concerns. She took the time, and explained coverage clearly. The process was smooth and quick, and I am saving money. I'm happy with the experience, and highly recommend them.

Mike is a great guy and easy to deal with. He is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
