Jesse and Beth provide exceptional customer service and were a delight to work with. They both were extremely responsive and always happy to go above and beyond. This was my first time dealing with commercial insurance and I am glad I was referred to Jesse and Beth at JPS.

Love them. I have been working with Jesse and Beth for years. They are honest and responsive. Every year or 18 months we do a review of my insurances (home, auto, business, etc) and they shop me out for best price. I love that I have an agent I can trust and I know is looking out for me and my family (both with the best coverages and best rates). May be silly, but just last week, I had to rent a car, and as I could not find my insurance, I called Jesse on his cell, and he had his office text me my proof of insurance within minutes... it's just nice having them on my team. Would highly recommend to anyone (and I regularly do).

I have been working with JPS for my auto insurance for a few years. Nicole is our agent and she has always gone above and beyond with our insurance needs. My husband is a mechanic and we always seem to need one car added and another removed. We have never had issues getting it taken care of.
