If I could give 0 stars, I would. Mary (agent) and Dany (owner), along with the office staff, have been giving me the run around on a claim for a month now. My son had full coverage on his car. He was hit by another driver at the beginning of December and was found to be not at fault. We call AAA only to be told a week later that we only have comprehensive coverage on the car even though we had been under full coverage for a year. No changes made the that car's policy. I call Daniel's and am told the same thing. After digging, they found that a mistake had been made when I called in to change the policy on another vehicle from full coverage to storage. When I called to bring the storage vehicle to comprehensive so that I could drive it for a few days, they apparently changed my son
