Good evening to everyone. My name is Angel Cadiz. I want to give State Farm the good recognition for having MS. Amanda Rivero as one of the best in the business. We really need more people like her for being so professional and polite with the customers. She really made my day yesterday. She was able to be in top of my situation and finally I was able to get my auto insurance and I was very pleased with the outcome. Michael was great to work with, helping me with my auto insurance coverage. Quick response time, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with this agency.

Joy is the owner of this agency and her son Michael was my agent. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS AND SHOULD BOTH HAVE THEIR LICENSES REVOKED! I set up a policy with her son and he failed to set my account up on autopay properly. When there was a nonpayment issue they never took the time to reach out and give me a call, instead they cancelled my policy without notifying me which almost resulted in the state suspending my license, if I didn’t catch this on my own. When I called asking to reinstate my policy they were useless and tried to sign me up through their sister company for $850.00 a month for one vehicle, WHAT A JOKE. They took absolutely no accountability and did absolutely nothing to help except try to have me call the corporate office since the employees at this agency don’t like

Phenomenal company. I was speaking to Mike and he was very responsive and helpful. I kept getting car quotes for 400-600$ everywhere else, which is insane. This is the place you want insure your vehicle through!
