Everything was fine until my husband passed away then they raised my homeowner insurance and car insurance ridiculously high, and unexpectedly and put me in a real bind. We had to go without homeowners insurance for a very long time. We have it now through another company that is affordable. After sitting at the hospital day in and day out for a month and then my husband passing away and then getting slammed with all this stuff it's just ridiculous. This was Allstate that was behind raising the prices, not Joshua Karas.

Courtney is awesome! Makes things simple and always has customers best interest in mind. I've had multiple policies through the years and highly recommend.
