I had a great experience Lainie Derksen was my sales rep and really worked with me on a plan I could afford,so I was able get renters life and auto insurance at the best rate. Thank Lainie for taking the time to work with me.

We cancelled our insurance with American family/Jerode Larsen Tipp City - Agency due to being overcharged on our policies and have been waiting 42 days now for a refund check over the amount of $1550.00.... they provided a check number for a supposed November 6th check that was mailed and we never received it. They would not cancel the first check until Dec 6th and We were told the second check would be here the beginning of this week. Today is Dec 12th.. We are on day forty two!! STILL no refund.. They have no care or concern for the fact that we have already paid our premiums with our new insuramce company. Jerode was very helpful in going over options for life insurance with my family. I like most people did my homework first before our meeting. I called other companies and was treated like I was putting them out by helping me. Jerode asked me what my long term goals were and worked around my busy schedule. He came to my home on a Friday evening which was best for us. Not only did he show us several options he broke down year by year amortization schedule for us.this was very helpful in deciding what was best for our needs.
