Received a call from Jay, he was very pleasant & we discussed auto insurance options. Over the past few weeks, we continued with open communication over the phone as at that time I wasn’t ready to commit. During that time we also began to discuss bundling the auto insurance policy with my current home insurance policy to ensure I got the best deal. Once signing over my auto insurance policy to Allstate it in turned lowered my home insurance yearly rate. By the end of our conversation Jay was able to save me $2,112 per year on auto insurance and $507 per year on my home owners insurance. Jay went above and beyond & I would recommend him to anyone. I loved my previous coverage/provider but I couldn’t beat the rates/deals being presented to me.

This Agency is the worst I just spoke with a guy name Chris he's so rude please dont got to this office,

Simply called to receive direction about a problem after being directed to this office by cust serv. The receptionist who answered was one of the rudest young ladies I’ve ever spoken to. She had no willingness to listen to try to understand before assuming she knew the reason for my call. Not friendly, no desire to help.! When Joseph took the call, his disposition was the same. Miserable sounding tone, not friendly, no willingness or desire to listen, cut me off. For this I won’t support Allstate. Congratulations on your mediocrity.! I also reported this just so you both know.

I haven't had any negative experiences with this agency. Whenever I call, I'm met with courtesy and professionalism. Recently, my premiums were decreased. That was definitely a plus. Through the app, I am able to keep up with my account no matter where I am. Although, I prefer to access my account online. I have yet to experience the accident process, but I expect that that would be professional and courteous as well.
