Never answer’s the phone and the one time he did he said he will call me back and never did. I had a problem with my policy so I decided to go to his office and the place looks like it’s been shut down for months. Horrible at managing your auto policy.

They say "Your in Good Hands With Allstate " let me reiterate : you are in good hands because of representatives like "Joseph Tralie" I felt like I was talking to a close friend a brother if you will, he sincerely cares about his clients And as it turns out he is infact my agent from many years ago he is a true brother and friend who went Above and beyond for my family Thank you Joeseph for this blessed Day my family is in good hands thank you !

They expect you to call the other party's insurance company and do all the leg work. Once I called my attorney he said that's their job not yours. Clown show. They don't care about you only getting your monthly payments. They also sent a refund check to the wrong party instead of me which they never corrected. Told me to reach out to the other party and get the check back. Stay clear of these guys. Bush league

This place lied to me about my insurance premiums going up after hitting a deer and then wouldn't even give me enough money to cover the cost of properly repairing my truck. Then I have renters insurance and a company ruined my electric smoker and my claim was denied because it wasn't proven to be intentional So I quit paying for that crap insurance.

Can't give a fair rating bc I can never seem to get a call back. Started off with a price of 140 a month for full coverage and they continuously increase it for no reason. No driving issues or accidents. In a years time I now pay 265 a month. Shop around for better rates!
