Joseph Rhodes - State Farm Insurance Agent

I wish I didn't have to leave any stars because this has to be the worst insurance agent! He has been giving my grandmother the run around for almost a year now. After calling an insane amount of times the last month+ with no answer or call back she tried one last time and was told he would be in the office today! She waited outside the building for over an hour for him to never show or answer any calls. At this point we will be finding a new agent or company if this is what State Farm allows! The lack of customer service and compassion from Joseph Rhodes is just wrong! He should consider a new line of work if this is how he treats his customers!

Joseph used to be a good agent but in the last couple of years he has gotten harder and harder to get in contact with. Now he is completely off the grid! Over the last 6 weeks we have sent countless emails, texts, and phone messages with none being returned. We even went by his office one several occasions but alas nobody was there. I cannot believe State Farm allows him to continue to be an agent!

This guy used to be a great agent but apparently he doesn't care anymore ! We've been with him for years but are now changing. My wife and I have called countless times since June for different issues and have left many voicemails plus have called SF directly to voice our concerns about him. I have this to say if you are burnt out sir and don't care anymore then do everyone a favor and move on and quit leaving your customers hanging. You have lost two good customers. Good luck

Is this guy even alive? We've been emailing and calling for two years to get something removed off a policy and he has never responded. The main State Farm is no help as well as Joseph has the be the one to change the policy.

Can't ever get this guy to return calls. I called him on September 1st trying to put a new car on our policy and I'm STILL waiting for him to call me back! Needless to say we now have a new agent. I would NOT recommend Joseph Rhodes for an agent.
