When taking a test the only stress I want to feel is if I know the material or not! After trying to complete my Adobe Professional Certs online, I realized this was a process best done in person. Adobe's Creative Cloud interacts with the testing software for practical sections of this exam so taking it online can be frustrating. I was in and out here in 1 day!

Got marketplace insurance through this company. They quoted me and extremely cheap price for the quality of insurance I was getting. They explained to me that there was an “estimated healthcare tax credit” they were applying to my price to make it so cheap. This was based off of what THEY projected my income to be for the year. I double, triple, quadruple checked with them to see if them using this credit would alter my tax refund at all. I was ASSURED 100% WITHOUT A DOUBT it would not affect my tax refund AT ALL. They even asked their own “tax professional” who reached out to another “tax professional” with the question, and, again was told it absolutely would not affect my refund at all. Now it is refund time and I have been told by a REAL tax professional that my ENTIRE refund will have

First of all, I want to thank this facility for allowing and accommodating me to take my test despite untimely circumstances. Secondly, anyone that has children knows how time demanding a schedule can be and fitting a multiple hour test into that schedule is not easy! However, this facility has amazing and flexible hours to accommodate schedules. Last, but most importantly, I felt so relaxed at this place while testing. For those of you that have taken these big tests before, you understand the uptightness when you walk into testing facilities. Silverlight Agency has such a inviting atmosphere. The people are down to earth, funny, and easy to talk to. As sure as I will be taking my future testing here, I would definitely recommend this place to take any of your future testing here!
