Horrible experience with this insurance agency. Call to get a quote for workman's comp. nothing but the run around. Called and talk to Joe a week before my policy was set to renewal. He said he would get back to me with a quote. Never did. I called and talk to his secretary she give me the run around for three days said she would have Joe call me back. He never did. I really don't know how they are in business. Terrible customer service. Completely unprofessional. I would advise anyone looking for insurance to stay far away from this company.

I have been a costumer for over 15 years and only went to their office once . They very good with the costumer services prompt to respond the phone and emails and provide Certificate of insurance. Have had offers from so many other companies but I stick with the one I trust.I already recommended them to couple friends and the are happy with the service too.

Joseph Schipsi Jr has been very unprofessional and has demonstrated very deceitful business practices. He represents a company that has caused extensive damage to my home but refuses to properly handle my claim. Putting blame on the homeowners and not the business that has caused the damage. In stead of having a neutral 3rd party contractor fix the many damaged areas he states that the current contractor will fix it. This is what lead to the issues and damages. Please stay away. This is company is untrustworthy and shady.

Very bad communication. They ignore you when you email and ask questions or even just ask for a Certificate of Insurance. Moved most of our business policies. Trying to move the last one.

I have been doing business with this office for over 10 years . They have always gone above and beyond for me . I feel that Joe and his team look out for our companies best interest .
