I did homeowner insurance with this company. I told Them we are replacing siding 3 times without approval they come to take pictures and cancelled my policy without asking anything. Stay away from them. No communication no customer support
i most certainly DO have a complaint with the independent claims agent they employ, Larry Dean! i suggest you go elsewhere! They also will not return any of my calls, after MONTHS of calling. Had to get the Insurance Commissioner involved. Sad.
Stay away from them!
