Jeremy, allow me to add the context you inquired about. #1: My name is not Sandra, evidence that you are not good with details. #2: You haven't successfully unsubscribed my email address, even though I have asked multiple times. #3: You are consistently prospecting me to buy life insurance, even though I previously told you I don't need any, and since I fired you, it's unlikely I'll purchase any through you. You took over a great agency and have driven it into the ground. I hope that provided the context you requested.

Because I have so much on my plate right now I don't have time to shop around. My sister, who is single pays far less than I do for full coverage on a 2016 vehicle. I will admit Mrs Chaney is excellent at sending me updated cards. I do tell them continuously I am techno challenged so as stupid as this sounds I have no idea what my insurance policy is covering for over $1700 every 6 months

You'll get terrible/non-existent service, and Jeremy Laskin won't be involved in your needs. He'll have his office manager do everything. Allstate Insurance was a good company for a number of years but their rates started to increase and I chose another company. When I emailed to cancel my policy, Laskin's office wouldn't do it until I gave them information about my new policy. We exchanged emails and they never canceled my policy. When I called them on the phone about it, and their office manager hung up on me when I told her I wouldn't send her my new ID card. This is not a "customer friendly" office!

Mr. Laskin is a terrific agent. He did a great job finding me the lowest rate. He is always available for any questions I have. He is professional and genuine and honest. I highly recommend his services!

I tried 3 times to reach my Agent to question why my Umbrella Policy bill increased by 170%. I was screened from talking to him by your Call Center . Worst service I have ever received in my 50 years as an Allstate customer. I never got an answer to my question or a return phone call from my Agent. That is lousy service ! .
