Was a great business when John ran it. He went above and beyond. Has gone completely downhill since. Completely unorganized. Emails don’t get returned and call backs are forgotten about. The last straw was they couldn’t even get the billing correct. This was for 5 autos. Two homes and a business. I can’t imagine what it would be like if I actually had to use the insurance. Look elsewhere is my advice.

lately not happy dropping the ball on business matters. And getting to independent not availble for customers.Was not that way when dealing with John.
