I have had my home and auto policies with the Bryan Holder Insurance Agency since moving to WI 7 years ago. Tracy has consistently been super responsive and helpful. Even more, customer service has been kind and courteous in every single communication. That is hard to match!

We had an issue that required us to talk to Bryan. We reach out with no luck, the office ladies kept saying they gave him the message. Then you call the corporate HQ all they tell you is to reach out to the local office…but when the local office refuses to call back, what are my options? They would state to call the local office. Pure insanity! After a month he return the call but refused to call and called my wife. Then said this is on us since she never called back…His attitude was very arrogant and pompous, really disappointed in the whole operation from local to corporate. I would suggest asking around or check socials for what people are saying about this outfit. This review is solely about the lack of communication from all aspects of Erie.

After initial contact, never heard back from Bryan. Attempted to contact him on several occasions, both by phone and email. Very disappointed.
