John Ta - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would like to ask whether this is a legitimate insurance company. The company has no issue charging insurance premiums using a credit card that does not belong to the policyholder, but when a refund is requested, they refuse to refund the money back to the original card used for payment. What is the logic behind this? Is this refund policy consistent with basic financial and consumer protection standards?

I've been with this agency for over 15 years. I have never had an issue, never had a hiccup, and never had to complain about a thing. I've recently had some requests that I asked Lily to take care of and she has been incredibly helpful, nearly helping me within minutes of ending a call or providing everything I needed with ample time. The only complaint I have isn't at their fault at all: the street traffic sucks. Other than that, this agency has been great through all these years!

I've been with this agency for almost 18 years now. Never had an accident or had to claim anything from them. Never actually had to use their service because I've been a safe driver with a clean record. If fact my family and I have a total of 6 cars, and 2 house insurances with them. Anyway, they got the balls to increase my premium on one of my car. I have no respect or loyalty from them. All of my cars are purchased. I switched to AAA, got a BETTER coverage, and still pay $300 cheaper per year just for 3 of the cars. Now I'm just trying convince my parents to leave their policy. The minute they jack up my house insurance I'll be leaving. 5/31/18 It's been 6 mos since I left State Farm, they now increased my brother's insurance. He is also a safe driver with a 20+ years of perfect record
