Steve Tieu - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently called to inquire about reinstating my policy, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about returning to my previous policy, she responded in a dismissive and unwelcoming tone, saying things like, “Oh, you canceled, and now you want to come back? Why?” Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not what I expected when calling for help. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service going forward.

5 stars! I've been a customer here since 2015. Although they have a branch in Tarzana, I prefer this location because Janet and Juan are always incredibly helpful. I highly recommend their services. Remember, don't accept the first quote—persist and negotiate to secure a better rate.

Laura in Tarzana office never helped me , just charging my credit cards for insurance and makes mistakes of my policy request . Not happy with this branch .

I've been with State Farm for about 3 yes now. I like it but I just don't like the fact when I call for a representative they are never there.
