John Hancock has perfected the art of taking simple tasks and turning them into multi-week stress nightmares. I genuinely don’t know how a company handling people’s retirement money can be this inefficient. Save yourself the headache. If you like things done on time, with clarity, and without finger-pointing, look somewhere — anywhere — else.

Terrible customer service, can’t even log into my own account. Gave them my social, dob, extra security questions and I got them wrong? Guess I don’t get access to my money
