HUB International

HUB is the agent for our auto and home owners policies and the 2 times I've needed help with our policy I've had to call our insurance company directly because I couldn't reach anyone at HUB. They don't answer their phones and they don't call you back if you leave a message. Worst customer service ever. I'm transferring my policies to a different agent.

Our managed HOA has a master insurance policy through this agency. We assumed management duties of the HOA 2 months ago. I have attempted to call this agency multiple times and left multiple voice messages, just to have no calls returned. They never answer their phones and you cannot speak to a live person. I offered to send documentation to them showing that I am the legal representative for the HOA, however HUB International has let Hanover representative know that they cannot speak to me, as I am not the "policy holder". I attempted to explain to the Hanover rep that the "policy holder" is the HOA, and I am the legal representative, yet they still require authorization from the former manager to proceed. I am dead in the water with this policy and they continue to take my payments.

Recently worked a claim with Beth Billstein, she absolutely is the best! She is very hands on and goes above and beyond!!! I hope I get the chance to work with her again in the future. Beth is definitely 5 STARS Beth thanks again for all your hard work.

They literally never answer the phone and never return any messages. Even my insurance company (Chubb) is frustrated with them...even Chubb can't get them to answer the phone. Ridiculous!
