Zane Lefko does not follow up with clients. I had been a customer for 3 years and when it came to getting my business he was great. BUT after becoming a client Zane a client, texts/emails/phone calls were not returned. I was no longer a priority because he had my business. I made the decision to go to another agent and Zane (I never had a claim) didnt even try to keep my business, and ignored my request to cancel my policy and said "he sent it to the cancellation dept"...well that never happened as well. Doesnt answer emails...texts....would never refer him to anyone
