Mr. Delegado has been handling me & my Family’s insurance house and cars for years around 30 years to be exact. John Is my insurance agent and he really went to bat for me by helping me out with a situation that he really didn't have to do. The following is what happened: I had been gone and came back to a hole in my siding at the back of the house. My home backs up to a green belt. I looked down and found a few small pieces of siding had been busted and on the ground. I also found a heavy piece of what appears to be either a wheel or a mallet. John called the landscaper and the landscaper came out and we resolved the issue. My deductible is $3,500 so there was no need to file a claim since the work was only $500. John is not your everyday insurance agent. He goes above and beyond. I'm very fortunate to have John as my State Farm agent.

Mr Delgado has been my insurance agent for 41 years. I have not been disappointed with the service I have received from John or his staff. I received a call, on a Saturday, from Mr Delgado, to answer a question I had, which was not urgent.

Outstanding customer service and support. Transferred my policies to Mr. Delgado office because my previous State Farm agent had without my knowing transferred insurance policies that I had on my kids to them to be cashed out. What a mess! Mr Delgado and his staff was quickly able to correct that mess.
