A-MAX Auto Insurance

This review is not for this location. This review is for A-Max as a company. I want to start by saying everyone I spoke to from the different local stores in San Antonio was very helpful. The district manager was not helpful at all, I was told I would be called multiple times and never received a call. I was always told she is very busy. Here's what happen. I went online to get a policy. I selected full coverage for my vehicle and my sons truck, I then selected my cars were financed and selected the company I wanted to go through. "Aspen" at checkout their was an issue, it was after hours so I had to wait until the next day to speak to someone. The person I spoke with gathered my sons info and told me the price for his vehicle and the price for mines, I asked are we fully covered she sa

Do not recommend at all! They avoid you completely when your involved in an accident and do not take care of you as a customer or the vehicle, very bad experience definitely AVOID AT ALL COST.

A Max Auto Insurance helped in an hour. Professional , thorough simple quick and at a cost almost half of progressive insurance! Progressive Insurance sent me to collections after I spoke with them over the phone and they insured me I could reinstate with them . Representative told me the first representative told me wrong information here I was getting ready to pay them and they cancel me wow OK then y’all ain’t getting no money now. I’ll go with someone else. This seems to be normal of what they do from what I’ve told. I would not prefer Progressive in my opinion. My neighbor has been with Amax Auto Insurance for yrs .
