It would be nice to give customer a heads up when you clowns are raising car insurance every month I save what I need for car insurance good thing I checked few days before you idiots we’re going to overcharge my bank account. Just embarrassing State Farm in Keizer Joe get ur act together n notified ur customers before raising premiums. Disappointed . Finding better insurance company.

I've been with Joe Guerra's agency for 8 years as of this review. They're pricing has always been in line with competition, so I never felt the need to switch agents, until today. I filed a claim for water damage on a Saturday, and still haven't heard from state farm, my agent's office, or anyone from the claims department. State Farm specifies a 24hr response time for claims, so I expected some communication beyond "we've received your claim." After no response from the company, I reached out to Joe's office to leave a message, and no response there. If this were a basic inquiry I could understand the delay. But this is a time sensitive issue, and is one of the core components of your job in providing customer assistance when they have an insurable claim. If you can't take care of a long

Been with them for a year and a half now. Nice friendly staff. Fair prices (not the best driving record) Works with you to make sure all your insurance needs are met and never pushy about something you aren't into. I'd have to get a REALLY good low quote with better coverage to make me even think of switching! Thanks about it, honestly review. Just been good insurance so far, haven't made a claim yet because I haven't but I find it hard to believe I'd have any issues with my agent!

On the contrary, if we're ever having an insurance issue, Tristan always has a solution, or at the very least gives us our best options. If we email with questions, she always responds within 24 hours (unless it's a weekend, of course).
