Jeffrey Rohde: Allstate Insurance

After almost 10 years as a customer I am very disappointed. Had a case of debit card fraud & had to order a new card. An unfortunate experience in and of itself. Unknown to me our card did not get successfully added for auto pay. We received no letters in the mail, no emails, and no calls from our agent to let us know that we had an issue with autopay/payment. They simply closed our policy and were 100% unwilling to work with us and re-establish it, despite explaining our Debit Fraud situation. Furthermore, Jeff said “your best choice would be to go to somebody like progressive or something” so take their advice people, go to progressive or something. I have been very happy with having all my insurance with Jeff Rhode and his Staff is great always pleasant to talk to and solve a property. I plan to stay with Allstate. There are times when my premiums go up that I consider shopping but I know from experience they draw you in with a lower rate and then raise it. I also worry I won't get the level of coverage and care that this office gives me.

I have always felt protected with my insurance with Jeff Rohde with Allstate. I have my car, home and investments handled through Jeff and I totally trust and would highly recommend him to everyone. I love being able to talk to Jeff and know that he cares that you get good service. I like that my investments are safe especially in such a uncertain economy.

Although I haven't had an insurance claim, I feel confident the Rhode Allstate Insurance will be for me if ever I do have one. Their customer service is excellent whenever I have an occasion to talk with them concerning my insurance needs.
