State farm has always taken very good care of me. Recently I notice a change had been made to my policy and I called the office. Michelle took the time to make a call to find out what the changes were and called me back. When i asked for further information she took the time to find out and called me back with more detailed information. There staff has always been very helpful and Joe has always taken good care of my insurance needs. 5 stars for state farm

Shortly after that, Joe GUTIERREZ became my agent and he has given me exceptional service, advice, and friendship For over 40 years. His office manager, Rhonda Sinker, is exceptional. She is A huge asset to Joe’s agency and excellent representation for State Farm Insurance in every aspect they serve. Very knowledgeable about all the products they service. She’s always just a phone call away, takes care of any questions that I ask and notifies me immediately if there’s any thing irregular on my account or something that should be taken care of. Joe Gutierrez State farm received my business years ago by marketing in a parking lot I was in. He handed me his card and said call me. I did. This was the best thing ever. He and Rhonda and his staff are wonderful to work with. They communicate with you on a personal not just another customer. I never want to change companies even when I know I could insurance shop, it's the relationship that is priceless.
