AAA Los Banos Branch

Horrible service!! Very rude, as soon as I walked in all women stared , didn’t even say greet me. Don’t know his name, but the man that helped us was very short with us and wasn’t helpful at all. He was quick to just cut off our insurance when we said it went up on price.

I went into the office to speak with Jorge, regarding my coverage. He helped me go through my coverage and make the changes I needed, also adding a car to the policy. I have worked with him a lot over the years my daughter also switched to AAA for years. After I left I had a question and called the Los Banos office. I spoke with Brian and he answered my question and put me at ease. I really appreciate how professional they are, as well as the young lady that helped me pay for my tags and registration. I would recommend the LOS BANOS OFFICE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS STRAIGHT ANSWERS. THANK YOU AAA

This morning, I visited Don's Mobile Glass in Merced to address a rock chip in my car's front windshield. Unfortunately, AAA was unable to verify my insurance coverage, despite having my card with the policy number and expiration date. AAA informed me that the verification process could take anywhere from two to 48 hours, which may extend beyond the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and delay my ability to return for the repair. This experience has been quite inconvenient, especially since I never faced such issues with State Farm and live in Los Banos. It’s disappointing, considering that I’ve only been a member for less than a month and left State Farm for AAA. I understand that this is an issue outside of the Los Banos office, however, AAA does not allow reviews on their website.
