Joe and this State Farm location have handled my HOA's insurance policy ever since the prior agent retired. Joe has been fantastic, always willing to answer questions. But let me tell you about Lisa. I ran into a problem making a payment because ... things are complicated. I stopped by, and Joe pointed me to Lisa, and Lisa is my favorite person. She made me feel right at home, and we troubleshooted and reconfigured and adjusted things, and got everything sorted. She is knowledgeable and intelligent, warm, and hilarious, all in one. We need more Lisa's in our lives.

She provided a few quotes, but then went the extra mile to learn more about my situation and suggested a much cheaper plan, the cost is now very little compared to what I was paying at the rental counter.
