Thank you, for your patience while our payment made its way from Canada through the postal services of two countries, and then finally landed in your office - barely within the grace period. Recently we found out our insurance company of 25 years had raised our rates on our homeowners and vehicles by a HUGE amount. We called Joe's office and the process of switching was the easiest process I have encountered! The staff are so friendly and were able to answer all the questions we had! We will recommending them to all our friends and family!

Joe and John requested I stop by and review my life insurance policy. Upon doing so Joe suggested we review my auto and home policies as well our umbrella coverage. I greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness and left the office with confidence all of our policies were in order.

Always a pleasant experience in their office! All staff are friendly and welcoming. I love seeing the little old men that stop by regularly just to chat - it has the feel of a small town barbershop. Quite possibly the best customer service in Whitefish.
