Farm Bureau Insurance: Tony Veseth

Was a customer for years ran into an issue and had to leave to another company no trouble in that the trouble comes in when almost a year later I get a charge for a months of insurance. Called into get it pulled back out and now they are saying they need to send it to their home office. Doubt they will make it right will update review if they do just be aware when leaving you make them delete your billing info on the phone with you or else you may lose hundreds of dollars down the road because they decided they don't want to insure you but still need your money. After awhile it the money was finally returned to me so they did correct their issue, still upset it happened but good on them for correcting their wrong.
