Jim Johnson: Allstate Insurance

Allstate like most other companies today have become greedy and seeks to nickel and dime their customers by any means possible. They appearantly changed their late payment date to two days after marked due date. No other companies do this. This is just another attempt to get more from their customers. On top of that the late fee is near same as the monthy fee. How ridiculous.

The local office staff is extremely helpful, excellent. The company's auto insurance got too expensive for me over the years but the other insurance options (home insurance etc,), I still can't find anyone to beat Allstate for those. Great local office though!

I have been an Allstate customer for many years. Carolyn has worked professionally, communicated on time and nicely, and treated customers well. She always does her best to help us, and we are happy to work with her.

They are great to work with. The customer service is amazing and they are always on top of everything. I really feel like they understand and care about my account.
