Jim Delaney: Allstate Insurance

I'm changing my original review from 5 stars to 1 star. The agency was great at selling me insurance, however horrible when you need to use the insurance. They have no clue of anything other than selling inurance policies or referring you to contact an adjuster. There is no value to their service. I am convinced all the 5 star reviews are from family, friends or paid reviews.

5 stars bc wow! Overtly impressed. Unfortunately, I have a Hyundai. I bought it bc I didn’t want to be a target as a travel nurse, just wanted something to get me from A-B. Well guess what, I’m a huge target now. My cars’ windows were smashed in last week and steering column was tampered with, but the thieves, I’m assuming, had no idea what a 6 speed was so my car wasn’t stolen… Anyways. I’d switched back to Allstate after a bad experience with Country. Country was always saying, oh that’s not covered, that’s not on your policy etc. It took me a day to call Jim’s office and I ended up speaking with Alex (who was the one who wrote my policy last year). Jim Delaney is the sweetest most knowledgeable insurance agent I have ever had. The whole staff is also wonderful! They always answer any questions I have and explain everything thoroughly so that you understand completely and are very patient with you. Sometimes you don't know you have the best until you try someone else. They are always looking out for their customers here and making sure they have your back! Allstate has competitive discounts and have saved me so much money with outstanding coverage. No need to hesitate with this insurance agency, you truly are in good hands!
