Jim Craig and his associates are always available to help me with any questions or issues of concern regarding my car and homeowners insurance. I am not very tech savvy and Jim and associates go out of their way to navigate the All state software for me in dealing with any problems of procedure I may encounter. In addition, Jim Craig always reviews my policies with me in an attempt to give me the best coverage for the best price as my lifestyle changes. I would highly recommend his services.

You can't find a better agent than Jim Craig. He has helped us twice to get the full amount for full replacement. Once for our kitchen which was damaged in a flood and most recently when we completely lost our HVAC unit in an electrical surge. He goes above and beyond and neve gives up on you.
