Thirteen years as a customer meant nothing here. My premiums shot up by 54%—no warning, no real explanation, just the usual “policy changes” B.S. And then, without notice, these geniuses drop my motorcycle coverage, inventing “claims” out of thin air (FYI: reporting vandalism via email is NOT the same as filing an insurance claim, and I paid out of pocket anyway). Asked them for details? All I got was another canned response: “it’ll take weeks to investigate.” Maybe they should spend less time stonewalling and more time doing their jobs. want to warn everyone about this person, Carlos Cubilette, and this State Farm agency. I have been with this company for over 3 years, always paying my insurance on time — $351.04 every month. I have never had an accident, and I always make my payments on time. But this agency, without my authorization, and without sending me an email, increased my insurance to $1,128.21 and charged this amount to my personal credit card without my approval. Now they tell me that they “spoke to an employee” and that’s their excuse. I want everyone to know that something shady is going on with this agency. Be very careful with this agent, because I am sure that many of these positive reviews are paid or fake. I’m giving them 1 star only because Google doesn’t allow 0 stars. I had an excellent experience with Lora Eubank, who was very helpful and meticulous in solving some important details for an account that I had Power of Attorney for. She followed through with every potential problem, making sure to contact the appropriate personnel so that a solution could be reached.
