Jhoselin Tejeda: Allstate Insurance

Be careful when cancelling with this company. I cancelled my policy and was still charged for 3 more months. Getting a refund has been a struggle. Customers shouldn’t have to fight to stop being billed. I'm still fighting for my refund.

Excellent advisor. listens and understands our needs, and advises looking for the best options. She is always ready to answer questions, at any time, while the policy lasts and the payment and renewal reminders make me feel safe.

DO NOT use. They gave me nothing but bad information, or a total lack of it to give me the respect to choose. Turned out "paid in full" doesn't mean much. As I paid and the Jhoselin, the owner, called me and asked for some more information from my previous insurer. I got it and texted and emailed her to confirm. Never heard back, but got a bill for 700+ dollars. She completely dropped the ball, after this error, was caused my misinformation from her agency, and her ignoring my communication. Finally after 4 months, and calls to corporate, it was down to $93 but still it is a joke. "You're in good hands with ALL STATE," is a lie. Bait and switch. SCAM. Shopping around for better insurance company. I've been with allstate for over 5 years and my insurance keeps going up even though I have no tickets or accidents. I get emails that my insurance is going to be canceled even before my payment is due. And when I had pipes break and ruin my house I didn't even get enough money from the claim to fix the damage because they estimate damages based on how much things costed 0-100 years ago and not what they cost now. RIDICULOUS. Horrible insurance company. DO NOT USE!!!
