I recently came here for a policy review and I was offered life insurance. I wasn’t sure if I could qualify at my age but we talked thru some options and put a policy in to see if it would be approved. I am super happy that I came in to do a review. The policy was approved and now I am covered to leave a legacy to my family. I highly recommend going to this office to talk with them about life insurance.

Very good customer service. Very polite with their customers. Explain things so you can understand. No longer waiting to be connected to someone. Prices may seem high but with the cost of everything going up it's understandable. I will stay with them.

*Update 2: I was told checks were reissued on 6/13, and still... nothing. *Update 1: the owner answered my reply within 2 hours, saying someone would be in touch, and I have heard nothing via email, call or text 24 hours later. I was a customer for about 2 years, and while satisfied with the discounts and pricing offered initially, I found the customer service to be very poor. When I first signed on, I put my plan on AutoPay. A few weeks later, I get a letter in the mail saying my plan is being cancelled despite payment. I immediately called, and the representative said they had no record on file for this. The letter was sent in the mail after my payment was already made, and nobody could explain it to me. Thankfully, after this, I had no issues, so I did not have to contact anyone from t
