We used J.G. Elliott for getting our General Liability, Professional Liability and Commercial Auto policies for our Pilot Car service and they have been absolutely phenomenal from the start. They are quick and efficient, personable, knowledgeable, honest and helpful and truly want the absolute best for their customers. They also are excellent at keeping you informed throughout the process and are quick to help after with acords and needed changes or information. You feel like an individual and not a number to them. We are looking into using them for our personal insurance needs too. We couldn't recommend them enough. They took the insurance process from a time consuming headache to stress free.
