Worst insurance company if you can’t pay out of pocket. I moved to Wyoming and they approved everyone in my house but said I needed to prove I lived in Wyoming. It has been 5 weeks and they still can’t approve my claims. I have sent in all the paperwork and my drivers license to prove I live I. Wyoming. Yet every time I call they tell me call back in a week. The department that handles this can’t give you a timeline. So that means all my medications have to be paid out of pocket. Two months of medication out of pocket is totally ridiculous. The only comment they will give about that is “sorry, but that’s all we can do”. Steer clear of this company if at all possible.

This company offers the truest insurance experience there is. Signing up is quick, simple, and works every time, and canceling or editing coverage is designed to be a nightmare. It has literally costed me hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours of my life managing the deliberately atrocious customer service here. If you have a marketplace plan through here, prepare for them to not work with the marketplace employees and charge you full price, even if you have a tax credit. If you can't afford to suddenly throw half your paycheck at what you thought would be covered by basic insurance service, don't go here.

Eric Reyna was very pleasant and understanding and helped me set up my health insurance plan with ease. All of my questions were answered and he stayed on the line with me while I filled everything in. I will definitely be recommending his help to anyone else that is confused with health insurance.
