Jessie Wieden - State Farm Insurance Agent

We are so delighted to be part of Jessie Wieden's State Farm Agency! We have lived in MN/been with State Farm many years! We were with another S Farm office in Maple Grove until the agent retired and have been searching for that "comfortable home feel" again. Jessie certainly fills that role! :) She is so friendly, a great communicator, is very organized and makes us feel very comfortable both on the phone and at appointments in her office. Her receptionist is very welcoming and the office looks very beautiful and inviting for a sit down. She spends TIME with us, something us seniors are used to from the past and seek out in our relationships with business partners. We were referred by friends like us and appreciate their help in finding just the right fit for our insurance needs.

I need to reactivate my car insurance and she handled my request promptly and professionally. The service from this agency is always top notch and it is one of the main reasons that I have been with this agency for more than 20 years.

I asked about the safe driver refresher course and Betsy quickly checked my status and emailed me the link to register. She was friendly and professional. This great service is what I have come to expect from this office.

Jessie and her team are awesome. Very responsive, always follow through, provide great advice and guidance. They have helped me to keep my premiums reasonable while ensuring my coverage is appropriate, and helped with claims whenever their were concerns. I am glad they are handling all of my property insurance.

I have had positive experiences in working with Roxe and highly recommended her to others. She treated me with respect and she is very professional in explaining and/or helping me understand my questions on my life insurance policy. What I like the most is she would follow up promptly on what I requested of her to email the form to me or to send it by mail in a timely manner.
