I had such a great experience getting my renters insurance with Skyler at the Chad Sutherland State Farm Agency He was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful in walking me through my options. Chad and State Farm have been the worst insurance company I’ve ever had to deal with. To start, we had a house fire at 2am on a Sunday. When I tried calling State Farm NO ONE answered. No one answered at corporate, no one answered at Sutherland’s office. No one answered my calls, texts or emails until 11am on Monday when I finally got ahold of Chad who said he didn’t know why that would have happened but it was probably my phone service (it wasn’t) and that he should have been there that night with a check for $5000. He did eventually show up with a check for half that amount. And that was the last time I actually saw Chad my State Farm agent. I called him again several days later to ask why we hadn’t heard from our State Farm adjuster yet to which he told me I needed to “adjust my expecta

I had a policy with Chad Sutherland for about 3-4 years. I just now ended my policy. He was condescending to me when I had confusion about my policy. After our only and first conversation, he had the people who worked for him answer emails or direct calls. The people who he had reach out instead of him, who were far more personable and assisted with everything I needed.

Our experience with State Farm has been over multiple generations and agents (as they retired). We ae now moving out of state and needed find a new State Farm agent. With that being said, we couldn’t leave without giving Chad and his team a thumbs up for all their assistance over the years! They have always been very knowledgeable and eager help. We will miss Darian and her ever so positive attitude, quick resolve, helpfulness, and humor. Thanks for the many good years!

Switched here from a different State Farm agency and absolutely love the work Darian & Chad have done for me! They got me the best pricing for my last vehicle and are so accessible that it’s so awesome! I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it! I have never experienced like I am bothering, it is amazing to have such open communication to get assistance within as short as a 1 hour response or even quicker!
