After receiving a letter in the mail, I had so many questions and concerns about my life insurance policy. I called yesterday, 1/27/26 and had the absolute pleasure of talking to Sarah Turner! Although life insurance is a relatively new topic that she is still learning, she worked very hard to get me the answers I am searching for. I gave her context pertaining to my situation and without hesitation, she wrote a detailed message and sent it over to Heather, who is now doing a deep dive into my case! Ms Dana has been awesome to work with! Even on her day off she took her laptop home to work around my schedule to help make sure she could assist me with getting auto insurance at a reasonable and fair rate! Eventhough I already that Jessica knows but Dana Is An Awesome and Knowledgeable Employee!! That’s why I came back and won’t be leaving Jessica ever again!!
