Excellent!! Brad Riley was amazing. We played phone tag for awhile but he never gave up on me. Saved me over 60 dollars a month on my auto ins and gave me perks that my old ins didn’t even offer me. When it came time to add my grandson, a new driver, it was quick, easy and half the price I was quoted by my old agent. He understood I’m on a fixed income and helped me in every way he could. Although, we were in a great position at the time, he was very thorough in his explanation on coverages and was never pushy. I have had many agents looking for a quick buck in my experience. I gave a 5 star because Dustin was amazing. Very professional and respectful. My case wasn't a simple insurance policy. My mother had died so there was a lot of questions meaning lots of emails and calls. He always responded quickly and when he didn't because he was in a meeting or something. He was so apologizing when he didn't need to. He's a busy person I understand. He's an asset to your company and I enjoy talking to him.
