When I first went to Jesse, about 3 yrs ago he was very pleasant and easy to talk to but in time I notice by his tone of voice that he would get bothered when service was needed. On January 2nd 2026 I was home and started looking on my budget and how much Allstate kept rising the premiums mind you I had a bundle. 2 cars, home and umbrella policies. I then said to myself it's time to shop around. When I called Jesse and sent email of my intention of going with another carrier his tone of voice was totally unprofessional. he would answer email very professional because he knows that creates a paper trial, but on the phone it was totally unprofessional.
