I had an excellent experience with Jared Bush - State Farm Insurance Agent. As a new immigrant, I was unfamiliar with the process, but Sonia went above and beyond to help me. She patiently explained everything, offered me a great discount package, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Sonia is very professional, kind, and truly cares about her clients. I’m very grateful for all her help and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance.

Worst worst worst experience ever I have in this place. Say they call you back and never called back. I have to call multiple times and they say Flor will call me back. Called again the next day in the afternoon around 3pm, they told me Flor is at lunch. I really have to say this place is something else….. I have seem more than one complaints on here about Flor, for the same exact issues. Extremely nasty nasty experiences I have with them.

Visited the office of Jared Bush and had the opportunity of meeting with Sonia. She is a true professional and explained in detail the automobile quote offered to me. I look forward to working with Sonia for my insurance needs. She is an asset to State Farm. I highly recommend her services.

I think this place was great! This agency really understood the fundamentals of what it meant to cater to it's customers while being fair. I believe Jared knows what he's doing handling this location with people like Andrew on his team.

Debra Lee is a great person in this business. She knows her stuff and makes the right connections to the right people. A warm and funny person that works very well with others. She needs a promotion and probably will do well with her own office someday.
