Jess Tuckett: Allstate Insurance

Jess is truly the best! I have been using Jess for years now. He does all of my insurance policies for my rental houses and business policies auto etc. He is professional, extremely helpful and goes above and beyond for whatever questions you have or anything you need. I would highly recommend him for any insurance needs. You won’t regret it.

Jess has been the most helpful insurance agent we have worked with in a long time. My father-in-law had used him for all of his insurance needs (home, auto, and golf cart) and when dad passed away this fall there was just so much to do. Jess helped us throughout the years keeping everything up to date, and now that we are in the process of selling home and vehicles he has just been a phone call/email away to help. Can't explain what a relief it has been to work with someone who actually listens to your situation and helps you out in such a professional manner! I have had Allstate since 2001 when I moved to Las Vegas and needed an auto policy. When I moved to AZ, Jess Tucket took over my account and made the move from Vegas to AZ very smooth and easy. I've enjoyed working with him, because he's always an email away. I've never had to call him - not once - because he always returns my emails quickly. I highly recommend him as an agent if you're in AZ!

I have had my home insurance with Allstate for over 20 years. I am a retired veteran and have never had any claims. I emailed Jess when noticing that my premium went up over $600. I felt the increase was outrageous and I informed him that people would not appreciate how negligent he was with his loyal customers. He responded with a rant that I would expect to hear from a teenage girl who was mad at her boyfriend. He yelled at me in cap locks informing me that his policy increase was more than mine and that everyone’s rates were high and I could not find better. I went to USAA and my premiums are less than half as much.This man has no professionalism and should be instructed on respect toward his customers
