I spoke with Enexer Mendoza in September about our vehicle and home insurance... he was amazing. He walked me thru every single step and was very understanding as I wanted to wait a bit before I decided if I would change to State Farm.. he called a few times to check on us and again was very polite and understanding... I called him back today...December 31st and he again gave me updates and even lower prices than before as rates have dropped... he helped me get all of my ducks in a row to change over to State Farm in mid January... he offered to help me with anything else I may need... he was super friendly, helpful, informative, and polite.. I would do business with him anytime... best agent I've dealt with in years...
