Took multiple trips to get my account setup to deduct automatically and it still wasn't done right, ended up dropping my insurance without telling me so, only an initial letter warning that it would happen if I missed a payment was sent during the month i went in to correct the issue so without checking my bank statements I had no idea it even happened, since I had gone in after the mail notification with my card and info and they said they would take care of it. No calls, voicemails, nothing else. Then they wanted to charge me high risk insurance prices to get set back up. Go somewhere else or even better, do your insurance online instead of dealing with incompetent people who can't keep up with modern technology like bank accounts and credit cards.
